This is the second quilt using this pattern I’ve made in my quilting life. I love the warm comforting colors and I
like the pattern. But now I remember why it took me 20 years to do another one. It must have at least 2
million seams.You sew strip sets together; you sew even more strip sets together. Then you selectively slice them apart in a very specific order and lord help you of you get interrupted or drop a set. Then after all this you sew these together (in the correct order) and then you sew the bigger sets together (in the correct order). This quilt alone put another 100 thousand miles on my sewing machine. I sleep with a quilt in this pattern in
purples and oranges. Hot colors keep me warm!
